Privacy policy
This page explains how StreetReady, the investment banking interview preparation service at getstreetready.com, handles information when you browse, sign in, and practice.
Your account
Email sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier, email address, and basic profile information such as your name and profile image with our authentication service, Supabase. We use this information to authenticate you and associate your saved practice with your account. Google sign-in does not request Gmail, Drive, calendar, or contacts access. Your Google profile is not included in interview prompts merely because you sign in with Google.
Practice and AI processing
We store profile details you save, interview preferences, extracted résumé interview threads, and saved questions, answers, scores, and feedback so you can return to your practice history. Résumé PDFs are processed in your browser; the current uploader saves the filename and extracted interview threads rather than the original PDF.
When you request AI help, we send the relevant question, answer or context, interview settings, and selected résumé threads to OpenAI to generate questions, guidance, or feedback. Avoid submitting confidential employer or client information. Copilot keeps questions, guidance, bookmarks and your context in memory for the current page session, including when you switch sections. The ongoing transcript captured up to each request (up to 60,000 recent characters), recent questions and guidance, your optional job brief and live preparation materials are sent with follow-up requests. Notes stay in page memory until you choose Save session. Saving enables account sync for that notebook, including completed questions, guidance, bookmarks and your context. You can pause sync, reopen a saved session, archive it and restore it later, or export a copy to your device. Unsaved changes are lost when the page closes or refreshes. Clear conversation clears current answers without deleting saved notebooks or preparation materials.
Live preparation accepts PDF, DOCX and text documents. Files are read in your browser; filenames, extracted text and the annotations you add are sent with Copilot questions. Save preparation stores this context in your account so it can be restored later. Saved notebooks also include their preparation context. Original documents are not stored. Removing a document from preparation does not remove copies of its extracted text in previously saved notebooks.
Voice input
Optional dictation uses your browser’s speech-recognition service. Depending on the browser, its provider may process microphone audio remotely. StreetReady uses the resulting text for the feature you select. Live Copilot streams audio from the source you explicitly share to Soniox (or OpenAI when configured as the transcription provider) while listening and displays a live transcript. You can request guidance for the latest question while listening continues. It does not identify speakers. Background speech may be included. Connections are limited to 30 minutes and stop when the allowance runs out. Pausing stops audio streaming and the usage meter; disconnecting ends the connection. Transcript text remains in the current tab; questions used for guidance are included when you save the notebook. Screen images are not sent. StreetReady does not save raw recordings in its database. Transcribed questions are saved only when you choose to save and sync the notebook. Soniox, OpenAI and hosting providers may retain operational or abuse-monitoring records under their own policies. Disconnect audio to end sharing, and obtain permission from other participants before capturing an interview.
Billing
When you choose a paid plan, checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We send your account email and a checkout reference to connect your purchase to your StreetReady account. We store subscription and invoice identifiers, payment status, access dates, and usage counters to provide your plan. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy processes payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. You can manage a subscription and cancellation through the billing link in StreetReady’s Pricing page.
Service providers and security
StreetReady runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, stores application records in its hosted database, uses Supabase for authentication, and uses Resend to deliver sign-in emails. These providers process information needed for their respective functions and may process it in different countries. Google also processes information when you use Google sign-in under its own privacy policy.
Session cookies keep you signed in. We maintain usage counters and hashed email and network identifiers to limit abuse; infrastructure providers may maintain operational and security logs. Saved records are associated with your account and are not publicly displayed. Authorized service administration may require access for support or security. We do not sell Google account information or use it for advertising.
Retention and your choices
Saved profiles and interview history remain available until removed; StreetReady does not currently apply an automatic deletion period or offer a self-service account deletion button. To request access, correction, or deletion of your StreetReady account data, contact us from your account email at meridianfinance.co@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership. Provider backups and security records can have separate retention periods.
You can choose email sign-in, decline microphone access, sign out, and revoke StreetReady’s Google access from your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete saved StreetReady records.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions, contact the StreetReady team at meridianfinance.co@gmail.com. We update this page when our data practices change and will notify users before using Google account data for a materially different purpose.
